Terms of Sale: The Terms of Sale are part of Car Lab Detailers' Terms of Use and are additional terms by which all Users or guests abide when using the Service. When you book online or via phone with Car Lab Detailers, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein.
Packages: Prices and wash packages contents are subject to change at Car Lab Detailers' discretion at anytime; all such changes may not be reflected on www.carlabdetailers.com.
Payment Terms & Conditions: Bookings are charged upon completion of the service requested. Car Lab Detailers accepts cash, debit and, Credit Card. Any Card Declined will lead Car Lab Detailers to ask the customer to find a solution for the payment of the service provided. Car Lab Detailers will start a collection process 48 hours after getting the customer’s Credit Card refused.
Booking Terms & Conditions: Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing. Car Lab Detailers will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service. Assure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area and if you feel otherwise please communicate your concerns with your car detailing specialist. All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. Any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service. We reserve the right to take a debit or credit card details to secure the booking. Debit/Credit cards shall be processed by Square/Fieldd. We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or machinery or equipment failure. Car Lab Detailers reserves the right to charge an hourly rate of $50 (or proportion there of) for any work that is not within the boundaries of the booking at the discretion of Car Lab Detailers. A minimum 20% surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.
CANCELLATION AND NO‑SHOW POLICY:
1. Notice Given More Than Forty‑Eight (48) Hours Prior to the Scheduled Appointment:
The Client may cancel or reschedule without charge.
2. Notice Given Between Twenty‑Four (24) and Forty‑Eight (48) Hours Prior to the Appointment:
The Client shall incur a cancellation fee of Fifty Dollars (US $50.00).
3. Notice Given Between Twelve (12) and Twenty‑Four (24) Hours Prior to the Scheduled Appointment:
The Client shall be charged fifty percent (50 %) of the quoted service price, not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty Dollars (US $250.00).
4. Notice Given Less Than Twelve (12) Hours Prior to the Scheduled Appointment or Failure to Appear (“No‑Call / No‑Show”):
The Client shall be charged one hundred percent (100 %) of the quoted service price, not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty Dollars (US $250.00).
5. Client Not Present or Vehicle Unavailable Upon Technician’s Arrival:
The Client shall be deemed a No‑Show and shall be charged one hundred percent (100 %) of the quoted service price, not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty Dollars (US $250.00).
6. Right of Cancellation or Rescheduling by Car Lab Detailers LLC:
Car Lab Detailers LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment in whole or in part due to circumstances including, but not limited to, staffing limitations, traffic delays, adverse weather conditions, or equipment malfunction.
7. Gift Certificate Appointments:
All provisions of this Cancellation and No‑Show Policy apply equally to appointments booked with a gift certificate or gift card.
8. Payment of Fees: Any cancellation or missed‑appointment fee assessed under this Policy shall be charged to the credit card on file immediately upon determination of the applicable fee.
Late Arrival:
Car Lab Detailers may arrive up to 90 minutes late due to tight schedules or traffic. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
Shop Vehicle Storage & Late Pickup Fee:
Once your vehicle is ready for pickup, you have 24 hours to retrieve it unless prior arrangements are made. After the first 24 hours, a storage fee of $45 per day will apply. Our shop operates on a tight schedule, and space is limited. We cannot accommodate vehicles left for extended periods, as this impacts our ability to serve other customers. Please make timely pickup arrangements to avoid additional fees.
Operating & Moving Your Vehicle:
Customer will give Car Lab Detailers access to the vehicle during the detail job and any additional mutually agreed upon times. Please make sure the keys to the vehicle are available to us. This document insures that you authorize us to operate and to move your vehicle, as necessary to do so determined by our Car Lab Detailers technician.
Accidents, Pre-Existing Condition & Damage
Car Lab Detailers and it’s contractors cannot be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle while in our care. We are as careful as possible and have never once had an accident to date. We are professionals and are skilled at what we do. If something does get damaged while detailing your vehicle, we will advise you of the incident. By agreeing to our detailing services you also agree not to hold Car Lab Detailers LLC liable for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle. Car Lab Detailers limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.
Satisfaction Policy:
If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge. Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by phone (970-699-3552), email (sales@carlabdetailers.com), or text message (970-699-3552). Pictures of the area must be texted or emailed to (sales@carlabdetailers.com) within 24 hours of the claim being made.
DATA USE & SMS CHAMPAIGNS:
The subscriber may terminate participation in the Company’s short‑message service (“SMS Program”) at any time by transmitting the keyword STOP to the designated short code. Upon receipt of such termination notice, the Company shall transmit a single confirmatory text message and shall thereafter discontinue all further SMS communications to the subscriber until the subscriber elects to re‑enroll through the established opt‑in procedure. Should the subscriber require assistance with the SMS Program, the subscriber may transmit the keyword HELP to the short code or may contact the Company at sales@carlabdetailers.com. The Company disclaims any liability for delayed, incomplete, or undelivered messages attributable to the performance of wireless carriers or other telecommunications providers. Standard message and data rates imposed by the subscriber’s wireless carrier shall apply to all outgoing and incoming text messages, and message frequency shall vary. Questions concerning a subscriber’s text or data plan shall be directed to the subscriber’s wireless carrier. The collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy, available at {link to privacy policy}.
Information Sharing:
1. Permitted Disclosures to Service Providers.
The Company may disclose subscriber mobile numbers, SMS consent data, and related personal information to subcontractors and service providers engaged to perform support services (including, without limitation, customer‑service functions) on the Company’s behalf, but solely to the extent necessary for the performance of those services.
2. Disclosures to Affiliated Brands for Marketing.
The subscriber expressly acknowledges and agrees that the Company may share such mobile numbers, SMS consent data, and related personal information with its affiliated brands, Car Lab and Lab Coat, for the purpose of delivering marketing and promotional communications pertaining to the goods and services offered by those affiliated brands. All such communications shall comply with applicable law, and the subscriber may opt out of marketing texts from any affiliated brand at any time by replying STOP to the message received from that brand.
3. No Other Disclosures.
Except as expressly set forth herein or as required by law, the Company will not disclose, sell, lease, or otherwise transfer subscriber mobile numbers, SMS consent data, or related personal information to any unaffiliated third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
Coupon and Referral Policy:
From time to time, Car Lab Detailers, LLC (“Company”) may establish a customer‑referral program (the “Program”) under which existing customers (“Referring Customers”) may earn service credits (“Credits”) by distributing a unique referral hyperlink supplied by the Company (the “Referral Link”) to new customers. Credits and other promotional coupons may not be combined or stacked.
A “Referred Customer” is an individual who (i) has not previously transacted with the Company under any name, account, or e‑mail address and (ii) registers for the Company’s services exclusively through a valid Referral Link. Credits are issued only after the Company confirms, in its sole discretion, that these conditions have been satisfied.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited and shall constitute a breach of this Policy:
1. Self‑referral through the use of multiple or fictitious names, identities, accounts, or e‑mail addresses.
2. Referring any person who is, or has been, a customer of the Company, including customers operating under alternative e‑mail addresses.
3. Disseminating Referral Links by means of spam, unsolicited commercial e‑mail, or any communication that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third‑party terms of use.
4. Posting Referral Links on public forums, coupon or deal websites, message boards, or other open online venues not expressly authorized by the Company.
5. Allowing another individual to access or use the Referring Customer’s account.
6. Referring fictitious persons, impersonating another individual, or otherwise providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to the Company.
7. Using the Referral Link in any manner that disparages, defames, or otherwise portrays the Company in a negative or misleading light.
8. Engaging in any other referral activity that the Company deems, in its sole discretion and upon notice, to be abusive, excessive, or inconsistent with the intent of the Program.
If the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that a Referring Customer or Referred Customer has violated this Policy, the Company may cancel, rescind, or adjust any Credits; declare either or both parties ineligible for current or future promotional offers; and pursue any other remedies available at law or in equity, including civil or criminal penalties where applicable. The Company reserves the right to void, verify, or adjust Credits at any time, whether before or after such Credits have been posted to an account or applied toward services.
